I’m Dr. Tiara Moore, Postdoctoral Scholar at The Nature Conservancy in Seattle Washington.
I’m originally from Greenwood SC and got my BS in Biology from Winthrop University. I received my MS from Hampton University in Biology/Environmental Science and PhD from UCLA in EEB. I currently use soil environmental DNA to conduct ecosystem biodiversity assessments. In my free time I co-host the @WeDanglin podcast and run my organization dedicated to create safe spaces for women of color @AWOCSpace.
